The Nexperia PESD5V0S2UAT,215 is a unidirectional double ESD protection diode in a common-cathode configuration, housed in a SOT-23 plastic package. It is designed to protect up to two transmission or data lines from damage caused by ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) and other transients.
Key electrical specifications include a 5V reverse stand-off voltage and a 20V clamping voltage at 18A (8/20µs). The diode offers a maximum peak pulse power of 330W at tp = 8/20 μs and a peak pulse current capability of 18A. It features ultra-low reverse leakage current, less than 700 nA, and provides ESD protection exceeding 30 kV.
