The Nexperia PESD5V0S1ULD,315 is a unidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode designed to protect one signal line from damage caused by ESD and other transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5 V and a low clamping voltage of 20 V, ensuring effective protection for sensitive electronics.
