The PESD5V0S1BSF is a bidirectional low capacitance ESD protection diode from Nexperia, designed to protect one signal line from ESD and other transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 15.5V at 8A peak pulse current. The diode offers ESD protection up to ±30kV per IEC 61000-4-2 and MIL-STD-883. With a typical diode capacitance of 35pF at 1MHz, it is suitable for high-speed signal lines. The device is housed in a leadless ultra small SOD962 (DSN0603-2) surface mount package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. It is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
