This Nexperia PESD5V0L5UY,115 is a low capacitance, unidirectional, five-channel ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode array. It is designed to protect up to five unidirectional signal lines from damage caused by ESD and other transients.
Key electrical characteristics include a 5V reverse standoff voltage and a 12V clamping voltage. The diode array can handle a peak pulse current of 2.5A (8/20µs) and a peak pulse power of 25W. Its low diode capacitance is 16pF at 1MHz, with ultra-low leakage current of 5nA.
