The PESD5V0L5UF,115 is a low capacitance unidirectional fivefold ESD protection diode array from Nexperia. It is designed to protect up to five signal lines from electrostatic discharge and other transients. Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 5V, a typical clamping voltage of 12V, and a maximum peak pulse current of 2.5A (8/20µs). The device offers a peak pulse power rating of 25W and ultra low leakage current of 5nA.
With a typical diode capacitance of 1.6pF at 1MHz, this TVS diode is suitable for high-speed signal lines where low capacitive loading is critical. The part meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection standards up to 20kV, ensuring robust protection in demanding environments.
