The PESD5V0L4UW,115 is a low capacitance unidirectional quadruple ESD protection diode array from Nexperia, designed to protect up to four signal lines from electrostatic discharge and other transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 13V. The device offers ESD protection up to 20kV per IEC 61000-4-2 and can handle surge currents up to 2.5A (8/20µs) per IEC 61000-4-5.
With a typical reverse leakage current of only 5nA and a diode capacitance of 16pF (typical 1.6pF, max 19pF at 1MHz), this TVS diode array is suitable for high-speed data line protection in portable electronics, communication systems, and audio/video equipment. The part is housed in a surface-mount SOT-665 package and operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
