The Nexperia PESD5V0H1BSFYL is a bidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode from the TrEOS Protection family. Optimized for safeguarding very sensitive high-speed and generic interface lines, this device provides a high level of robustness against ESD pulses.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and extremely low diode capacitance, measuring 0.15 pF at 1 MHz and 0.13 pF at 2.5 GHz. It offers ESD protection up to ±15 kV according to IEC 61000-4-2, with a rated peak pulse current of 7A (8/20µs waveform).
This diode is housed in an ultra-small DSN0603-2 (SOD962-2) leadless Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) package.
