The Nexperia PESD4USB5B-TBSX is a bidirectional ESD protection device designed to safeguard high-speed interfaces such as SuperSpeed USB 3.2, HDMI, DisplayPort, eSATA, LVDS, and GMSL.
This TVS diode provides system-level ESD protection with a typical voltage of 5.5V and a rated peak pulse current of 7A (8/20µs). It offers ESD protection up to ±15 kV, exceeding IEC61000-4-2 level 4.
