The PESD3V3V1BCSFYL is an ultra low clamping bidirectional ESD protection diode from Nexperia, designed to protect one signal line from electrostatic discharge and other transients. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a clamping voltage of 8.9V max at 7.1A peak pulse current (8/20 µs). The device features ultra low leakage current of less than 1 nA and a typical capacitance of 8.5 pF, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines.
This diode provides ESD protection up to 27 kV for both contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, and surge protection per IEC 61000-4-5 with an average measured peak pulse current of 8.3 A. It is ideal for very sensitive interface lines in portable electronics, communication, consumer, and computing devices.
The device is housed in an ultra small DSN0603-2 (SOD962-2) leadless surface mount package with dimensions 0.6 mm x 0.3 mm x 0.3 mm and 0.4 mm pitch. It is a bidirectional Zener technology TVS diode with a single protection channel and is not intended for power line protection.
