The PESD3V3L1BA,115 is a bidirectional ESD protection diode manufactured by Nexperia. It is designed to protect a single signal line from electrostatic discharge and other transient overvoltage events. The device features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V (max) and a typical clamping voltage of 26V, ensuring sensitive electronics are safeguarded.
With a peak pulse power rating of 500W (8/20µs pulse) and a peak pulse current of 18A, this diode provides robust transient protection. It also offers low leakage current of 0.09µA typical and a low diode capacitance of 101pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines without signal degradation.
The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection standards up to 30kV (contact) and 15kV (air discharge), as well as MIL-STD-883 HBM at 10kV. It is housed in a very small SOD323 (SC-76) surface-mount package with 2 leads and a 1.3mm pitch, ideal for space-constrained designs.
Applications include computers and peripherals, communication systems, audio and video equipment, and general-purpose data line protection.
The maximum reverse standoff voltage is 3.3V at 25°C.
The typical clamping voltage is 26V.
The maximum peak pulse current is 18A for an 8/20µs pulse.
It is available in the SOD323 (SC-76) surface-mount package.
Up to 30kV contact and 15kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, and 10kV HBM per MIL-STD-883.
The typical leakage current is 0.09µA.
