The Nexperia PESD36VS2UT,215 is a low capacitance, unidirectional double ESD protection diode designed to safeguard up to two signal lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient damage. This device features a low diode capacitance of 17 pF at 1 MHz, a maximum peak pulse power of 160 W, and a low clamping voltage of 55 V.
With an ultra-low leakage current of less than 1 uA, it is suitable for sensitive applications. The diode provides ESD protection up to 30 kV, meeting IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 standards, and surge protection up to 2.5 A according to IEC 61000-4-5.
