The PESD2CANFD24V-TR is a bidirectional TVS diode designed for ESD protection of two automotive in-vehicle network bus lines. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 24 V and a clamping voltage of 33 V typical (42 V maximum) at 1 A peak pulse current. The device offers ESD protection up to 23 kV per IEC 61000-4-2 and ISO 10605 standards.
This component is housed in a surface-mount SOT23 (TO-236AB) package and is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive reliability.
