The Nexperia PESD2CANFD24V-QCZ is an ESD protection device designed for automotive in-vehicle network lines such as CAN-FD, CAN, FlexRay, and SENT. It is housed in an ultra-small DFN1412D-3 (SOT8009) leadless surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package with side wettable flanks.
