The PESD24VS1ULSYL is a unidirectional electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection diode from Nexperia USA Inc. It is designed to protect a single signal line from ESD and other transients. The device features a reverse standoff voltage of 24V and a typical clamping voltage of 60V. It can handle peak pulse current of 4.5A (8/20µs pulse) and provides ESD protection up to 23kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2.
The diode offers ultra-low leakage current of less than 1nA and a typical diode capacitance of 23pF at 1MHz. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. The device is unidirectional with a single channel.
The PESD24VS1ULSYL is housed in a leadless ultra-small DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) surface-mount package with side-wettable flanks (SWF). The package has a 0.65mm pitch and dimensions of 1mm x 0.6mm x 0.47mm. The marking code is 3W. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
