The Nexperia PESD24VL1BA-QX is a bidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode housed in a very small SOD323 (SC-76) SMD plastic package. It is engineered to safeguard one signal line from damage caused by ESD and other transients.
Key features include a maximum peak pulse power (PPPM) of 200 W and a low clamping voltage (V(CL)R) of 70 V. The diode exhibits an ultra-low leakage current of less than 1 nA and provides ESD protection exceeding 23 kV. It meets IEC 61000-4-2, level 4 for ESD and IEC 61000-4-5 for surge, with a peak pulse current (IPPM) of 3 A.
This device is qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for automotive applications. Its low capacitance of 11 pF at 1 MHz makes it suitable for data lines and communication systems. The reverse standoff voltage is 24 V.
