The Nexperia PESD24VF1BLYL is an ultra-low capacitance bidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode. It is housed in a DFN1006-2 (SOD882) ultra-small, leadless Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed to protect one signal line from ESD damage and other transients.
Key electrical characteristics include a high reverse standoff voltage of 24 V and an ultra-low diode capacitance of 0.3 pF at 1 MHz. The device offers ESD protection up to 10 kV per IEC 61000-4-2 and a rated peak pulse current of 1 A (8/20 µs waveform).
