The PESD1CAN-UX is an ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode from Nexperia, designed to protect two automotive Controller Area Network (CAN) bus lines from damage caused by ESD and other transients. It is housed in a very small SOT323 (SC-70) surface-mount plastic package.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage (VRWM) of 24V, a typical clamping voltage (VCL) of 35V at 1A, and a peak pulse current (IPPM) of 3A (8/20µs).
