The PESD18VF1BLYL is a bidirectional ESD protection diode from Nexperia USA Inc., designed to protect one high-speed signal line from electrostatic discharge and other transients.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 18 V (max), a clamping voltage of 17 V (max), and a peak pulse current rating of 1 A (8/20 µs pulse). The device offers ultra-low diode capacitance of 0.28 pF (min) / 0.35 pF (typ) / 0.5 pF (max) at 1 MHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation.
