The Nexperia PESD18VF1BL-QYL is an ultra low capacitance bidirectional ESD protection diode designed to protect signal lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transients. It features a high reverse standoff voltage of 18 V and a very small voltage dependency of capacitance.
This diode provides robust ESD protection up to ±10 kV contact discharge according to IEC 61000-4-2, level 4. It also offers a peak pulse current rating of 1 A (8/20µs waveform).
With its ultra-small DFN1006-2 (SOD882) package and low capacitance of 0.35 pF at 1 MHz, the PESD18VF1BL-QYL is ideal for protecting sensitive high-speed data lines and NFC antennas. It is qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for automotive applications.
The device operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and is surface-mounted.
