The PESD12VL1BA,115 is a Zener-type TVS diode designed for general purpose ESD protection. It provides bidirectional protection with a single channel.
With a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 13.3V, it clamps transient voltages to a maximum of 37V at 5A peak pulse current (8/20µs). The device can handle 200W peak pulse power and has a typical capacitance of 19pF at 1MHz.
The diode is housed in a surface mount SOD-323 package (also known as SC-76), suitable for automated assembly. It operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 150°C.
It is intended for general purpose applications where ESD protection is required. The device is not designed for power line protection.
