The PE42451MLIAA-Z is an absorptive SP5T RF switch developed on pSemi's UltraCMOS® process technology. This general-purpose switch features five symmetric RF ports and provides high isolation across its operating frequency range of 450 MHz to 5000 MHz.
Key electrical specifications include an insertion loss as low as 1.60 dB at 450 MHz and up to 2.50 dB at 5000 MHz. Isolation is rated as high as 68 dB at 450 MHz, decreasing to 43 dB at 5000 MHz. The switch offers an IIP3 of 58 dBm and an input 1 dB compression point of 35 dBm.
Designed for integration and ruggedness, the PE42451MLIAA-Z features high ESD tolerance of 3500 V HBM and does not require blocking capacitors. It utilizes a three-pin CMOS logic control interface and includes an optional external Vss feature (VssEXT).
The device is housed in a compact, RoHS-compliant 24-lead 4x4 mm QFN package, suitable for surface mount applications. It operates within a voltage range of 2.7V to 3.3V and an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
