The Nexperia PBSS4330PASX is an NPN low VCEsat transistor designed for applications requiring high efficiency and reduced heat generation. It features a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 30V and a continuous collector current (IC) of 3A, with a peak collector current (ICM) of 5A.
This transistor offers a low collector-emitter saturation resistance (RCEsat) of typically 75mΩ at 3A and 300mA base current. The high collector current gain (hFE) is 270 at 1A and 2V. It operates at high temperatures up to 175°C (TJ).
The PBSS4330PASX is encapsulated in an ultra-thin DFN2020D-3 (SOT1061D) leadless small surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. This package has an exposed heat sink for excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, and soldarable side pads suitable for Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) of the solder joint. Its small footprint reduces Printed-Circuit Board (PCB) area requirements.
