The PA443DF from Apex Microtechnology is a high voltage power operational amplifier, representing the next generation of performance based on the PA34X product family. It utilizes a specialty high voltage process to achieve significant improvements in noise and offset voltage.
Key electrical specifications include a high operating voltage of up to 350V, a low quiescent current of 2.2mA typical, and a high output current capability of 120mA peak. It also offers low noise performance with 12µV RMS at a 20kHz bandwidth and a low voltage offset of 5mV typical at +25°C.
This amplifier is suitable for applications requiring high voltage and fine motion control, such as piezo electric positioning, electrostatic transducer and deflection systems, and deformable mirror focusing.
