The Altech Corporation P50UB is a busbar power feed lug, part of an innovative system designed to jumper up to 57 poles of Manual Motor Controllers (MMC) and Supplementary Protectors (SP). This busbar system offers significant installation time and panel space savings, along with reduced maintenance.
The P50UB features a copper busbar with polyamide insulation. It supports various power feeding methods, including direct power feed and power feed blocks, with electrical ratings up to 200A at 600V AC/DC for 25mm² busbars. The system is UL recognized and listed for use with Altech's R-Series, ABL's UR, V-EA, and MA Series, as well as most popular UL 1077 supplementary protectors and UL 508 manual motor controllers.
Key technical specifications include a short circuit withstand rating of 10kA and compliance with standards such as UL 508 and VDE 0660. The busbar can be cut by customers without losing UL approval, and it is line/load reversible. This accessory type is specifically a Power Feed Lug, intended for use with Miniature Molded Circuit Breakers.
The maximum input current can be up to 200A per phase when using the P95UB Power Feed Block as a center/middle feeding device with a 25mm² busbar.
The electrical rating is 600V AC/DC for both 18mm² and 25mm² busbars.
