The Altech Corporation P50UT is a power feed lug accessory for busbar systems, designed to facilitate power distribution to miniature molded circuit breakers (MMCs) and supplementary protectors (SPs).
Constructed with a copper busbar and polyamide insulation, this lug supports electrical ratings of up to 80A at 600V AC/DC for 18mm² busbars and 100A at 600V AC/DC for 25mm² busbars. It features a high short circuit withstand rating of 10kA and adheres to multiple industry standards including UL 508 and VDE specifications.
This busbar system accessory offers advantages such as reduced installation time and panel space savings. It is compatible with Altech's R-Series, ABL's UR, V-EA, and MA Series MMCs and SPs, as well as most popular UL 1077 supplementary protectors and UL 508 MMCs. The power feeding options include Power Feed Lugs and Direct Power Feed, supporting up to 115A, and a Power Feed Block for up to 200A.
The P50UT is recognized and listed for use with various control devices, providing a reliable solution for power distribution in control panels. Customers can cut the busbar without losing UL approval, offering flexibility in installation.
