The NZQA5V6XV5T3G is a quad monolithic silicon voltage suppressor from ON Semiconductor, designed for transient overvoltage protection in ESD-sensitive applications. It integrates four unidirectional Zener TVS diodes in a single SOT-553 package.
With a working peak reverse voltage of 3V and a clamping voltage of 10.5V at 10A (8/20µs pulse), it provides up to 100W peak power dissipation. The breakdown voltage ranges from 5.6V to 6.8V at 1mA, and reverse leakage current is less than 1µA at 3V. Typical capacitance is 90pF at 1MHz.
Intended for general-purpose ESD protection, the device is suitable for computers, printers, communication systems, and medical equipment. Its common anode design allows protection of four separate lines while conserving board space. The SOT-553 package is surface-mount and optimized for automated assembly.
The device is Pb-free and rated for operation from -55°C to 150°C junction temperature. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 370°C/W typical.
