The ON Semiconductor NUP4301MR6T1G is a low capacitance diode array designed for protecting sensitive components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other electrical transients. This device is suitable for protecting four data lines, offering protection for JEDEC standards like JESD22 Machine Model Class C and Human Body Model Class 3B, as well as IEC61000-4-2 Level 4.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum capacitance of 1.5 pF between I/O lines and a reverse voltage rating of 70V. The diode array ensures data line speed and integrity while minimizing board space. It is available in a compact SC-74 package, suitable for surface mount applications.
