The NUP4114UCW1T2G is a 4-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode array from On Semiconductor, designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD). It is part of the NUP4114 series and offers ultra-low capacitance of 0.6 pF typical (I/O to GND), making it ideal for high-speed interfaces such as USB 2.0, LVDS, DVI, HDMI, and Gigabit Ethernet. The device features a reverse working voltage of 5.5 V and a low clamping voltage of 10 V at 1 A peak pulse current (8/20 µs). It provides IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection with ±8 kV contact and ±15 kV air discharge ratings, with a response time typically less than 1.0 ns. The steering topology allows bidirectional protection for four unidirectional channels, with low leakage current of 1 µA at 5.5 V.
