The NUP1301U is an ultra low capacitance ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection array from Nexperia, designed to protect one signal line in a rail-to-rail configuration. It is housed in a small SOT323 (SC-70) surface-mount package.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 80V, a clamping voltage of 20V (8/20µs pulse), and a peak pulse current of 11A (8/20µs). The diode offers ultra low capacitance of 0.6pF typical (0.75pF maximum) at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines. ESD protection is rated up to 30kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2.
This device is ideal for protecting sensitive electronics in telecommunication networks, video lines, microcontrollers, I²C buses, antenna power supplies, analog audio, and Class-D amplifiers. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a total power dissipation of 200mW.
