The NSRLL30XV2T1G is a Schottky barrier diode from On Semiconductor designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a continuous forward current of 200mA. The diode offers an extremely low forward voltage of 0.6V at 200mA, reducing conduction loss in low-voltage designs. Reverse leakage current is limited to 1.0µA at 10V reverse voltage. The device is ESD rated Class 3B per Human Body Model, ensuring robustness in handling.
This diode is housed in a compact SOD-523 surface mount package, ideal for space-constrained handheld and portable electronics.
