This is a Trench-based Schottky rectifier from On Semiconductor, featuring a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and average rectified forward current of 5A. It utilizes fine lithography trench technology for very low leakage and fast switching with exceptional temperature stability.
The device offers a low forward voltage of 610 mV typical at 5A, high non-repetitive surge current capability of 150A, and low thermal resistance of 2.4 °C/W junction-to-case. It is designed for high efficiency and can operate at junction temperatures up to 175°C.
The NRVTS560EMFST1G is housed in a surface mount 5-DFN (5x6) (8-PowerTDFN) package with lead finish 100% matte Sn. It is Pb-Free and Halide-Free, compliant with RoHS3, and meets MSL 1 requirements. This part is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable for automotive applications.
