The NRVHPM260T3G is an ultra fast power rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It delivers a 2A average rectified forward current with a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 30ns, enabling soft switching that reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI) and improves overall system efficiency.
This rectifier is housed in a compact Powermite (DO-216AA) surface mount package with a maximum height of 1.1mm and a footprint area of only 8.45mm², making it ideal for space-constrained designs. The package provides low thermal resistance (8.5°C/W junction-to-lead) and includes an exposed cathode heatsink for efficient heat dissipation. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C.
Typical applications include automotive HID lighting, diesel piezo injection systems, power factor correction circuits, and freewheeling diodes where board space is at a premium. The device is Pb-free, halogen free, and RoHS compliant, with MSL 1 moisture sensitivity level.
