It offers a typical reverse recovery time of 65ns, enabling efficient switching in power supplies and freewheeling circuits. The forward voltage drop is 1.1V typical at 25°C and 0.89V maximum at 150°C, reducing power dissipation. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 35A.
