The Samtec MMS-117-01-L-DV is a 34-position, double-row receptacle from the MMS series of Classic Socket Strips. It features a 2.00mm (0.079 inches) pitch and uses the Tiger Claw dual-wipe contact system for reliable electrical performance. The connector is terminated via through-hole solder and has a push-pull fastening mechanism for easy mating and unmating.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 3.9A per pin (with 2 pins powered) and a data rate capability of up to 8 Gbps NRZ. The contact finish is 10 µ" gold on the mating surface with matte tin on the tail, over 50 µ" nickel plating. The insulator is black LCP and the operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C with gold plating.
This connector is designed for board-to-board stacking or cable-to-board connections. It is available in a tube packaging of 16 units per tube. The MMS-117-01-L-DV is lead-free solderable and RoHS compliant per manufacturer claim (unverified).
