The MMQA5V6T3G is a quad monolithic common anode transient voltage suppressor from On Semiconductor, designed for ESD and overvoltage protection in sensitive electronic equipment. It integrates four unidirectional TVS channels in a single SC-74 surface mount package, saving board space in applications such as computers, printers, business machines, communication systems, and medical equipment.
