The MMQA5V6T1G is a quad monolithic common anode silicon voltage suppressor from ON Semiconductor, designed for transient overvoltage and ESD protection in sensitive equipment. It integrates four unidirectional TVS channels in a single SC-74 (SOT-457) surface mount package, saving board space.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 3V, maximum clamping voltage of 8V at 3A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform), and peak power ratings of 24W at 1ms and 150W at 20µs.
