The MMBD4448HSDW-7-F is a surface-mount fast switching diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It contains two pairs of series-connected diodes with standard technology. The device is designed for general-purpose switching applications and offers fast recovery speed (≤4ns) with low forward voltage.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum DC reverse voltage of 80V, maximum forward current of 250mA, and a forward voltage drop of 0.72V at 5mA (max 1.25V at 150mA). Reverse current is limited to 100nA at 70V, and capacitance is 3.5pF maximum. The operating temperature range spans -65°C to 150°C.
The device is housed in a small SOT-363 package with gull-wing leads and matte tin termination finish. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and rated MSL Level 1. The UL flammability rating is 94V-0. Standard packaging is tape and reel with 3000 units per reel.
