The i.MX RT1024 is a processor from NXP Semiconductors featuring an advanced implementation of the Arm® Cortex®-M7 core, operating at speeds up to 500 MHz for high CPU performance and real-time response. This specific model, MIMXRT1024DAG5A, comes with 4 MB of on-chip flash memory and 256 KB of on-chip RAM that can be flexibly configured.
