The MBRD660CTRL is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode array from onsemi's SWITCHMODE power rectifier family. It features a 1 pair common cathode configuration with a maximum DC blocking voltage of 60V. Each diode can handle an average rectified forward current of 3A, with a total device rating of 6A. The forward voltage is typically 700 mV at 3A and 25°C, and 900 mV at 6A and 25°C. The device can withstand a non-repetitive peak surge current of 75A (60 Hz half-sine).
Designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as free wheeling diodes, the MBRD660CTRL offers extremely fast switching and low forward drop. It is housed in a DPAK-3 (TO-252) surface mount package with an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. The maximum thermal resistance from junction to case is 6°C/W per diode.
The part is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited). It is suitable for automated assembly processes and is available in tape and reel packaging.
