MAX6816EUS+T

The MAX6816EUS+T is a single, dual, or octal switch debouncer from Analog Devices (AD), engineered to deliver clean digital outputs from noisy mechanical switch inputs. It effectively removes both switch opening and closing bounce after a preset qualification delay, ensuring reliable system interfacing.

This component operates from a single supply voltage ranging from +2.7V to +5.5V, with undervoltage lockout ensuring correct output states upon power-up. The inputs are robust, handling levels up to ±25V and are protected against ESD with ±15kV Human Body Model, ±8kV IEC 1000-4-2 Contact Discharge, and ±15kV IEC 1000-4-2 Air-Gap Discharge ratings, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.

With a low supply current of 6μA, the MAX6816EUS+T is ideal for portable equipment. The single and dual versions are available in SOT packages and require no external components.
