The BAS28 is a dual surface-mount fast switching diode from Philips, suitable for general-purpose switching applications. It offers two electrically isolated elements within a compact SOT143 package.
Key electrical characteristics include a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 85V, a working peak reverse voltage of 85V, and a DC blocking voltage of 85V. The RMS reverse voltage is rated at 60V.
