The M39014/02-1316V is a military-qualified ceramic capacitor from Kyocera AVX, part of the LDD Mil X7R PRF39014 series. It offers a capacitance of 0.22 μF with a tolerance of ±10% and a rated voltage of 50 VDC. The capacitor features a BX temperature coefficient per MIL-PRF-39014, ensuring stable performance over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
