The LTM4644EY#PBF is a quad output non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) module from Analog Devices. It integrates switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and support components in a compact 77-BBGA package. Each of the four outputs provides 4A continuous (5A peak) current with an output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 5.5V. The input voltage range is 4V to 14V, extendable to 2.375V with an external bias supply.
This regulator uses current mode control for fast transient response and supports external frequency synchronization. Protection features include overcurrent (OCP), overtemperature (OTP), and overvoltage (OVP). Output voltage tracking is also supported, making it suitable for sequencing multiple rails.
