LTC3616EUDD#TRPBF

The AD LTC3616EUDD#TRPBF is a monolithic synchronous step-down DC/DC converter. It utilizes a current mode, constant frequency architecture, offering a low quiescent current of 75µA in Burst Mode operation. This regulator is designed for applications requiring high efficiency, up to 95%, and low dropout operation with 100% duty cycle capability.

Key electrical specifications include a 6A output current, an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V, and an adjustable switching frequency up to 4MHz. The output voltage accuracy is ±1%, with a minimum output voltage down to 0.6V. The device supports selectable operating modes including pulse-skipping, forced continuous, and Burst Mode operation.
