LMK325BJ106MN-T

The Taiyo Yuden LMK325BJ106MN-T is a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 10 µF, rated voltage of 10 V DC, and X5R temperature coefficient. It offers a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +85°C. The capacitor has a maximum dissipation factor of 3.5% and a minimum insulation resistance of 500 MΩ·μF. It is designed for surface mount assembly using reflow soldering and is supplied in embossed tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 2000 pieces per reel.

This MLCC is housed in a 1210 (3225 metric) case size with dimensions of 3.20 mm length, 2.50 mm width, and a maximum thickness of 2.10 mm. The terminal spacing is 0.60 mm. It is suitable for SMPS filtering applications where stable capacitance over temperature and voltage is required. The device is RoHS, REACH, and Halogen Free compliant, and meets MSL Level 1 for moisture sensitivity.

The capacitor exhibits capacitance reduction under DC bias, typical for Class II dielectrics. The high temperature loading test is performed at 200% of rated voltage.
