The LM45CIM3X/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a precision integrated-circuit temperature sensor that provides an output voltage linearly proportional to the Celsius temperature. It is calibrated directly in Celsius and features a linear +10.0 mV/°C scale factor.
This sensor offers ±3°C accuracy over its rated -20°C to +100°C temperature range, with ±2°C accuracy at room temperature. It operates from a 4.0V to 10V supply and draws less than 120 μA of current, resulting in very low self-heating (less than 0.2°C in still air).
The LM45CIM3X/NOPB is housed in a SOT-23-3 surface-mount package. Its low output impedance and precise inherent calibration make it easy to interface with readout or control circuitry. It is suitable for remote applications and is UL recognized.
