The LM34CAZ/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a precision integrated-circuit temperature sensor that provides an output voltage linearly proportional to the Fahrenheit temperature. It offers a convenient Fahrenheit scale calibration, eliminating the need to subtract a large constant voltage. The sensor features a typical accuracy of ±0.5°F at room temperature and ±1.5°F over its rated range of -50°F to 300°F.
Designed for ease of use, the LM34CAZ/NOPB has a linear 10.0 mV/°F scale factor and a low output impedance. It operates from a wide supply voltage range of 4V to 30V and draws minimal current, typically less than 90 µA, resulting in very low self-heating.
