The JANTXV1N986B-1 is a military-qualified Zener diode from Microchip Technology, part of the 1N957B-1 to 1N992B-1 series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 110V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW at a lead temperature of 50°C (lead length 0.375 inch). The device features a maximum forward voltage of 1.3V at 200mA and a reverse leakage current of 500nA at 84V. The Zener impedance is 750Ω. This diode is designed for voltage regulation over a broad operating current and temperature range. It is housed in a hermetically sealed DO-35 (DO-204AH) axial-leaded glass package, suitable for through-hole mounting. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C. Thermal resistance is 250°C/W junction-to-lead and 300°C/W junction-to-ambient. The JANTXV qualification ensures high reliability for military and aerospace applications. Note that RoHS compliance is available only on commercial grade versions; this military grade part is not RoHS compliant.
