The JANTXV1N5614 is a standard recovery rectifier diode from the 1N5614 series, designed for high-reliability military and industrial applications. It features an average rectified forward current of 1 A at 55°C (derated to 0.75 A at 100°C) and a working peak reverse voltage of 200 V. The diode can handle a forward surge current of 30 A (8.3 ms half-sine). Its junction and storage temperature range spans -65°C to +200°C, with a thermal resistance of 38°C/W (junction to lead).
The device is housed in a hermetically sealed voidless hard glass package with axial leads, intended for through-hole mounting. Weighing 340 mg, it is built with Category I metallurgical bonds and triple-layer passivation. This construction ensures robustness and controlled avalanche capability. Typical applications include general rectifier circuits, bridge rectifiers, and catch diodes in power supplies and military electronics.
The working peak reverse voltage is 200 V.
