The IS25LP128-JLLE-TR is a 128Mbit (16Mbyte) serial flash memory device from Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (ISSI). It supports industry-standard SPI, Dual I/O, Quad I/O, and QPI interfaces, with a maximum clock frequency of 133MHz, enabling high data throughput.
This NOR flash memory operates from a single 2.3V to 3.6V power supply and is available in an 8-WSON (8x6mm) package suitable for surface mounting. It offers robust performance with over 100,000 erase/program cycles and more than 20 years of data retention. The device is designed for low power consumption, featuring active read currents of 5mA and standby currents as low as 10µA.
Key features include flexible memory architecture with uniform sector/block erase, program suspend and resume capabilities, and advanced security features such as hardware and software write protection. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C (TA), making it suitable for various industrial applications. The memory organization is 16M x 8.
